| Flynn as a 'Gumnut Baby' May Gibbs was an Australian author and artist who created a wonderful
series of children's books set in the Australian bush, using little
cherubic characters dressed only in gumnuts, leaves and flowers.
This portrait of our then-2-year-old son Flynn is a tribute to May
Gibbs' work. The spirit of fun is very much in keeping with her
creations.
