Within the Duyfken Hold. 26th March, 2000. This is the area where most of the crew will sleep in hammocks and eat during poor weather. Two hammocks are in place. On the original Duyfken, the crew would have been expected to sleep up on deck. Around the walls are the individually carved sea chests. Each crew member gets one chest each for his or her personal belongings for the entire trip. The bricks are for ballast, and cover a deeper layer of lead ballast. Tech Specs: We captured the images with a Canon EOS 620 camera with a Sigma 17-35mm AF lens, on a Kaidan QuickPan Magnum Head. Panorama stitched with The VR Worx. |
